Fuoripista Bike at the Salone del Mobile 2022

After the exciting adventure at last year's Fuorisalone, Fuoripista Bike returns to Milan as official guest of the Salone del Mobile, the world’s biggest and most important design fair.

Milan Design Week is scheduled from 7 to 12 June in its complete and original form at the Milan Rho exhibition center.

Fuoripista Bike conveys an innovative language for the fitness world by declining typical design values including elegance, formal cleanliness, and exclusivity to the world of sports, which is usually ruled by performance alone. Which is quite appropriate in a time where houses can ben fitness matter, too.

These features are shared by two other home fitness products made by Elite with the art direction of Adriano Design – the Tuo trainer and the Rizer front-end slope simulator: here again innovation and technology share forces so you can work out at home on your bike just like you were on the road. To do so, these instruments perfectly replicate the same resistance and inclines that you would experience pedaling outdoors.

The Fuoripista brand, launched by Elite in 2020 with the art direction of Adriano Design, offers a completely new approach to the world of sports equipment for indoor training, suggesting a lifestyle concept linked not only to athletic but also to aesthetic well-being.

Elite is one of the most important world players in the production of accessories and technologies for cycling and has believed in the project, developing advanced technical and ergonomic solutions together with the designers to obtain cutting-edge products.

It all started with the bike designed by brothers Davide and Gabriele Adriano in 2017, invited by Marva Griffin to imagine a testimonial product for the 20 years of the Salone Satellite.

That initial idea of reinterpreting an object-machine, with a traditionally sporty formal line, has materialised thanks to the know-how of Elite.

In the exhibition space at the fair, the Fuoripista Bike will be presented: a super performing and interactive bike for indoor training, made with natural and sustainable materials - ash wood, tempered glass, steel - refined in the smallest details, which arise from a set of artisanal processes, and characterised by an exclusive design, which has received international awards.
